aBOUT THE oLD oRCHARD nEIGHBORHOOD
Old orchard is an upscale tract of homes on tree lined streets mainly built from the 1950’s to 1960’s. It is bordered by Hollenbeck, W Remington, Sunnyvale/Saratoga and El Camino. It revolves around to Las Palmas Park and the Sunnyvale tennis center. It has a mix of one and two story ranch homes built by a few notable builders such as American Housing Guild. Also it has a small tract of historical Mid-Century Modern homes these are located on Sunnymount and Dawn drive.
